Scaled down to fit in a box that can be
mounted just about anywhere, the
PZ•6BX Precision Interface Box has all the
features of the PZ•6 Precision Panel
except for the speaker binding posts and
video barrel connectors. Use two PZ•6BXs
for up to 12 zones of Z•Series
connections.
The PZ6 makes wiring a Z•System easy!
The front of this innovative panel has jacks
for the instant connection of all Z•Series
components, while the back is fitted with
clearly marked punch-down connectors
for all house wire runs, including keypads,
door stations, relays, telephone and
volume controls. The PZ6 also makes all
the interconnections between Z•Series
components.
To top it all off, there’s a dedicated
punchdown block on the back that makes
interfacing with any of the VIA! wall
plates (PVIA1, PVIA4, PVIA10) a breeze!
The PZ6 includes six zones of speaker
connections with gold-plated binding
posts as well as eight RCA-to-F video
connections for Z•880 composite video
signals. Volume control override and
Z•025 DC inputs are also provided. The
removable front panel makes punching
down all connections easy. The result is a
first-class, error-free trim-out.
Use two PZ6s for up to 12 zones of
Z•Series connections.
