Sure, the D16 amplifier features up to 75 watts of
clean, cool, and confident Texas Instruments digital
power into each of its 16 channels – but what re-
ally sets it apart are the host of features that allow
it to be used in installations where lesser amplifiers
fall flat.
A full-blown audio switcher, preamp and amplifier
all-in-one, the D16 is the Swiss army knife of
whole-home entertainment systems and the
answer for high quality, whole-house stereo music
distribution in up to eight rooms. Independent IR
volume control, versatile input/output assignment
and bussing over VIA!Net or the front panel make
it perfectly suited for simple Zone 2 applications
off an A/V receiver or as part of a complete ELAN
system.
“Green-friendly,” low-power standby mode
provides nearly instant turn-on for predictable
operation, plus you can tailor the sound to your
liking thanks to D2Audio
® PWM processing. Your
imagination and the D16 – now that’s one power-
ful combination.
