Generate a report that details the configuration of the RCU
7.15 Site Paging Configuration
By configuring paging users, and associating those users with an RCU, SENTINEL can alert one or both of those
users about a received alarm message. Upon receipt of an alarm SENTINEL will automatically send a paging
message to the configured users. Those users can be contacted via a conventional digital paging service or via a
digital mobile phone.
If paging is desired for this RCU then select the required paging user with the 'up down' buttons in the paging
configuration screen. If no paging user is required then select the '***None***' entry.
If no paging users are visible then they will need to be configured on the Host paging configuration window.
When selecting a pre-configured paging service, make sure you click the selected name so it goes blue, otherwise the
choice will not be saved.
Note that if paging is enabled and the site that has paging enabled sends an alarm, you will see a message at the
bottom of the screen indicating how many pages are queued up ready to send. This will remain so until a free modem
is available to dial out on.
Local Alarm Bit Map
Select the 'local alarm' bits required for this RCU. When any alarm is received with local alarms enabled the selected
bits are bitwise OR'd together and output to the local alarm port.
