Methods
Never dispose on sewers or environment. Products waste must be disposed in
accordance with applicable and current municipal, state and federal health and
environmental regulations: ABNT-NBR 10.004/2004 and ABNT-NBR 16725.
Used Container: its disposal must be in accordance with all the applicable health and
environmental regulations, obeying the same criteria applied to the products.
TN: ABNT [Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnicas] is the Brazilian equivalent to ANSI.

Other pieces of information related to transport: Avoid transport in vehicles where the load compartment is not separate
from the driving cab. Ensure the driver of the vehicle knows the load potential risks as well as the measures to be taken in
case of accident or emergency. Before transporting the containers, verify if they are well fixed. On fractioned transport,
each container must be properly identified, carrying the labeling required in norm.
15. REGULATORY INFORMATION
The Ministerial Directive [Portaria] nº 229 of 2011 issued by the MTE – Brazilian Ministry of Work and Employment alters
the Regulatory Rule [Norma Regulamentadora] NR 26 about Safety Signaling.
The Ministerial Directive nº 704/15 issued by the Brazilian Ministry of Work and Employment (was published at the
Brazilian Official Gazette of 28/May/2015) alters the NR 26 – Safety Signaling. This Ministerial Directive includes the item
26.2.2.5 in the Regulatory Rule nº 26, approved by the Ministerial Directive 3214/1978, with wording given by Ministerial
Directive 229/2011, with the following wording: "The Products notified or registered as Sanitizers before ANVISA* are
exempted from the obligations of preventable labelling established by the items 26.2.2, 26.2.2.1, 26.2.2.2 and 26.2.2.3 of
NR 26".
