5.8.2 CONNECTION
Data connection
For control, the status display is provided with an RS-422 interface. A second
RS-422 interface serves as a loop-through output in order to enable switching
further status displays in series.
By means of a data cable (e. g. 9-pin 1:1 connection from BTS), the first status
display can be connected to the ES-BUS socket of the control panel. This
requires selection of ”PORT = Mon.Ident” in the CONFIGURATION PANEL
menu.

Power connection
The status display requires a regulated DC voltage of + 5 V.
The DC voltage is connected via a 3-pole pin bar on the rear of the status dis-
play.
