EIZO EcoView NET Server
Problem Remedy/Check point
• The software cannot be installed • Conrmthatyourcomputersatisestheoperatingrequirements
(see page6).
• Theclientmonitorisnotdisplayedinthe“Monitor
List” view
• Theclientmonitorcannotbeoperated
• Checkthatallcables,suchasnetworkcables,areproperly
connected.
• Check that the network settings for the server and client
computersarecorrect.Performthenecessarychecksasperthe
setupprocedureforeachsoftware.
• Check that EIZO EcoView NET Client is installed on the client
computer.
• Check that the client monitor is turned on.
• CheckthattheclientmonitoriscompatiblewithDDC/CI
extended commands.
• Checkthatthegraphicsboardoftheclientcomputeris
compatiblewithDDC/CI.
• Whenusinganon-Windowsstandardrewall,conrmthe
setting.
• The client monitor cannot be turned on • Tryrebootingthecomputerwiththeclientmonitorswitchedon.
