Chapter 1 Introduction
1-1. Features
• 23.5″ wide format LCD
• Supports a resolution of 1920 × 1080.
• VA panel with 176˚ horizontal and vertical viewing angles
• 240 Hz panel drive
Afterimages can be reduced by converting 120 Hz input signals into 240 Hz.
• Supports 120 Hz signal input.
- Horizontal scan frequency: 26 - 140 kHz
- Vertical scan frequency: 59.0 - 122.0 Hz
• Frame synchronization mode supported (59.0 - 61.0 Hz, 118.0 - 122.0 Hz)
• 2 signal input terminals (DVI-D × 1, DisplayPort × 1)

Reduces image blurs (motion blurs) which occur when displaying animated images.

• The software “ScreenManager Pro for LCD” to adjust the screen using the mouse and keyboard is included.

Supports 3D image display.

Note
• This monitor supports both landscape and portrait format. You can change the orientation of the Setting menu when
using the monitor screen in vertical display position. (see “3-3. Setting Orientation” (page 19))
• When using the monitor screen in a portrait position, the graphics board supporting portrait display is required. When
placing the monitor in a portrait position, the settings of your graphics board need to be changed. Refer to the User’s
Manual of the graphics board for details.
1-2. EIZO LCD Utility Disk
An “EIZO LCD Utility Disk” (CD-ROM) is supplied with this product.
The disk includes the User’s Manual for the monitor (PDF le).
