9.5. Fitting the limit switches
• Use the emergency interlock bypass to disengage the motor.
• Close the garage door by hand.
• Establish the position of the front limit switch ‘Close’. The
limit switches are actuated by the slide.
• Screw the ‘Close’ limit switch (with the long cable) on the
aluminium switch mount (see Figure B), hook in rail ‘B’
and fix with a self-tapping screw size 2.9 x 6.5 mm.
• Open the garage door by hand.
• Establish the position of the rear limit switch ‘Open’.
• Screw the ‘Open’ limit switch (with the short cable) on
the aluminium switch mount (see Figure A), hook in rail
‘D’ and fix with a self-tapping screw.
• Lay the cables in rails D + B and insert the terminal
clamps in the side channel of the rails.
• Move the garage door by hand until the slide (36)
interlocks with the driver ring (40).
Important! Please note:
Never allow the motor to run when it is disengaged!
Precision adjustment of the limit switching is possible
after the motor is put into operation!
9.5 Монтаж концевых выключателей
• Разблокировать привод при помощи аварийной
разблокировки.
• Закрыть вручную ворота гаража.
• Установить позицию переднего концевого выключателя “
Закрыто “. Концевые выключатели двигаются на салазках.
• Концевой выключатель “ Закрыто “ /с длинным кабелем/
прикрепить шурупом к алюминеевому корпусу
выключателя / см. рис. В/, в направляющую “ В “ вложить и
закрепить шурупом 2,9 х 6,5 мм.
• Открыть вручную ворота гаража.
• Установить позицию заднего концевого выключателя “
Открыто“.
• Концевой выключатель “ Открыто“ /с коротким кабелем /
прикрепить шурупом к алюминеевому корпусу /см. рис. А/,
в направляющую “D“ вложить и закрепить шурупом.
• Положить кабель в шины D + В и вставить крепления
клемм в боковые бороздки.
• Ворота гаража открыть вручную до положения, пока
салазка /36/ не упрется в поводок /40/.
Важное указание:
Никогда не позволяйте работать приводу в
разблокированном состоянии!
Доводка концевых выключателей должна произойти
после ввода устройства в эксплуатацию.
