After replacing the DMD, if shading is present on the screen as shown in Figure 1, adjust the lighting area of the

DMD by turning the adjustment screws for the optical engine.

1. Loosen the fixing screw for the adjustment lever 1. Adjust the lighting area by adjustment lever 2 and

then tighten the fixing screw for the adjustment lever 1.

2. If the above adjustment is insufficient, loosen the fixing screw 3 and set the adjusting screws 4 and 5.

Finally tighten up the fixing screw 3.

When removing a projection lens, please change the setting of Iris to "high contrast" beforehand.

When mounting the DMD element,

tighten the four screws evenly.

Tightening order:

1 2 3 4

Screw tightening torque: 0.78±0.1 N-m
