To install the SCSI controller circuit card, do the following:
1. See ‘‘General Procedures’’
above for the SCSI controller circuit card
installation procedure.
2. Verify the SCSI Utility settings by completing the following Steps a through
g

a. When prompted during the boot up, press

The system displays the Host Adapter Configuration screen
(Figure 5-15
).

b. Place the cursor on
Configure/View Host Adapter
Settings
. Use the up and down arrows to move the cursor.

d. Compare the Host Adapter settings with those listed in Table 5-1
.
Use the up and down arrows to move the cursor between
fields. Use the left and right arrows to change the value of the
field. Use the key to return to the previous menu.
CONTROL A
Would you like to configure the Host Adapter, or run the SCSI disk
utilities? Select the option and press <Enter>. Press <F5> to switch
between color and monochrome modes.
