To schedule an engine scan:
1 Open the Configuration Manager. (On the computer where you installed
RoboEngine, double-click the Configuration Manager icon on the
desktop.)
2 Open the engine.
3 Click on the Projects icon on the left side, or from the View menu,
select Projects.
4 Select the check box next to Rescan Engine Documents. This enables
you to establish a schedule for scanning. Select from the following options:
n every <number> hours: Sets a regular, hourly span of time to scan
your database. For example, you can click on the up and down arrows
to set the number to 6. Your database will then be scanned every 6
hours.
n daily at <time>: Sets a regular time, every day, to scan your
database. For example, you can select 10:30 P.M. using the up and
down arrows. Your database will be scanned at 10:30 P.M. every day.
n weekly on <date> at <time>: Sets a weekly day and time for your
database to be scanned. For example, you can select Friday and 11:00
P.M. using the arrows. Your database will then be scanned on Fridays
at 11:00 P.M. every week.
