Including project documents
You can include existing documents in your project and make them available to
users in the natural language search option without converting the documents
into HTML format. The method described below adds the document to your
project's Baggage Folder. This makes it easy for you to update and publish the
document right from the project.
To include project documents:
1 Open RoboInfo Publisher by double-clicking the RoboInfo Publisher icon
on the desktop.
2 Double-click on the name of your project, or double-click More Files to
browse to a project and click Open. RoboInfo Publisher opens.
3 Open the topic that you want to link to an external document.
4 Select the text you want to use as the link.
5 From the Insert menu, select Hyperlink.
6 Click the down arrow next to Link to and select File. The Select File dialog
displays.
7 Browse to the document you want to link to and select it.
8 Click Open.
9 Click OK.
10 At the prompt asking if you want to copy the document into your project,
click Yes.
11 Click the Project tab in the lower-left corner to display the Project
Manager.
12 Right-click on the Baggage Files folder and select New Baggage File.
13 Navigate to the copy of your document you just added to the project and
select it.
14 Click Open.
15 If you are prompted to copy the file into your project, click Yes.
