RoboInfo Deployment Manual

If you view the project from RoboEngine, you can see all of the server-

dependent features and use the natural language search option to ask

questions.

To ask questions using the natural language search option:

1 After the project has opened in the browser, click on the Search tab.

2 Type various questions, using plain English, into the search field. (Asking a

few different types of questions adds information to the reports so you can

view them in the next step.)

Viewing reports

RoboEngine uses RoboInsight technology to create a variety of user-friendly

reports. These reports enable you to view data so that you can perform

analysis, discover usage patterns, and make appropriate changes to your

content. You can view reports from the RoboInfo Publisher authoring tool or the

RoboEngine Configuration Wizard.

Note: There are two kinds of reports available in RoboInfo Publisher. First,

from the Tools menu, authors can access reports about their project,

such as an index summary and an images report. Second, from the

RoboInfo Reports tab, authors can view the RoboInsight reports, which

provide data about how users look for assistance.

To view reports:

4 From RoboInfo Publisher: Click the RoboInfo Reports tab in the lower

right-hand side of the program window.

4 From RoboEngine: From the Configuration Manager's Projects panel, click

View Reports.

Note: When you view reports, you see statistics for your entire engine.

Information is included about all projects, whether the projects are

merged or not.
