Opening a project
You can open an existing project or create a new project.
To open an existing project:
1 Open RoboInfo Publisher by double-clicking the RoboInfo Publisher icon
on the desktop.
2 Double-click on the name of your project, or double-click More Files to
browse to a project and click Open. RoboInfo Publisher opens.
To create a new project:
1 Open RoboInfo Publisher by double-clicking the RoboInfo Publisher icon
on the desktop.
2 Select Create a new project and click OK.
3 Click the icon next to the project type you want to create and click OK. The
New Project Wizard displays.
4 Enter a file name, location, first topic title, and RoboEngine URL.
5 Click Finish. Your new project opens in RoboInfo Publisher.
Assigning the name or address of the engine
Authors using RoboInfo Publisher need to enter the name or address of the
engine in the Project Settings RoboEngine URL field. Once the name or address
has been assigned, content can be published to the engine.
To assign the name or address of the engine:
1 Open RoboInfo Publisher by double-clicking the RoboInfo Publisher icon
on the desktop.
2 Double-click on the name of your project, or double-click More Files to
browse to a project and click Open. RoboInfo Publisher opens.
3 From the File menu, select Project Settings.
4 Click on the RoboEngine tab. Enter the engine name or address.
5 Click OK.
