This 8-part traditional preprinted laser set includes 2-up forms; Employer copy A (red
scan-able), D (records), and two copy 1 (state and city), Employee Copy B (federal) and C (file)
and two copy 2 (state and city). Print each copy as a batch, then separate and collate by
employee. Mail the employer copies in a batch to the SSA.
Preprinted W-2 forms work with accounting, payroll or W-2/1099 software programs allow
you to print the form data on a preprinted W-2 form. This item is also compatible with Laser Link
(Product 95412) and TFP (Product 95414) Tax Preparation Software. Three FREE W-3 Summary
