NOTICE: If the bolt rotates with the

motor shaft when loosening the bolt,

place another metal rod (e.g., a 3.5" long

screw bit) with diameter less than 1/4

inch (6.35mm) into the aligned holes in

the fan to act as another stabilizer

(Fig. 22).

5. Remove the outer bolt, ange, blade

set and fan from the shaft (Fig. 23).

6. Use a 9/16" (14mm) wrench to turn

the two nuts counterclockwise to

loosen them and then disassemble

the two blades (Fig.24).

NOTICE: Save the two bolts and two

nuts for blade reassembly.

7. Sharpen the blades or replace with

a new blade set.
