If It Still Doesn’t Work…
There is, of course, always an outside chance that you have a bad component. We test each
processor and the PT2272 receiver module, and the other parts are factory-direct so the
likelihood that one of them is bad is very small. Nevertheless, it is always possible that
something may be wrong; there may be a bridge on the PC board itself, etc. If you have gone
through all of the troubleshooting steps and the board still doesn’t work, let us know at
[e-mail] . A high-resolution picture (5 megapixel or better) of both
sides of your circuit board and a description of the problem would be very helpful…
