Calibrating with ColorCal in Command WorkStation
Calibrating with ColorCal in Command WorkStation is described in Calibrator Help. When
you calibrate with ColorCal, there are some additional steps you must perform at the digital
press touch panel. You must initiate a ColorCal scan at the digital press each time you scan a
calibration page.
During scanner calibration, you initiate a scan after you place the ColorCal Scanner page,
Color Control Patches strip, and grayscale strip on the glass platen, before you retrieve the
measurements.
During calibration of the EX700i, you initiate a scan after you place the ColorCal
Calibration page and grayscale strip on the glass platen, before you retrieve the
measurements.
For more information about initiating a ColorCal scan, print the ColorCal Scanning
Instructions page in Calibrator after you print the calibration page(s).
