4 Beginning the Installation
For the Business Internet High Speed Enterprise software to work reliably and efficiently, your
computer must meet or exceed the
minimum hardware requirements
specified on page 2.
Before you begin,
have the following information ready
in order to install the software. You can find this infor-
mation on the first page of this guide.

The Business Internet High Speed Enterprise software is not designed to support Internet
access over a Local Area Network (LAN). Configuring the Business Internet High Speed Enter-
prise software may cause conflicts with your existing network service.
1.
Exit any applications or programs, and disable any virus protection software before installing the soft-
ware. For instructions, see the manual that came with your virus protection software.
2.
Insert the Business Internet High Speed Enterprise CD into your CD-ROM drive. Wait a few seconds. The
installation program usually starts automatically. If it doesn’t, double-click the

icon on
your desktop, and then double-click the
Bell
icon.
3.
You will be asked to agree to the Business Internet High Speed Enterprise Terms and Conditions. Click
Accept
if you agree.
