Description
The GR 2000 is an up to date high frequency switched
mode telecom power supply for both 48V and 60V
applications.
It consists of two power processing stages. The first
one is a boost based power factor corrector using the
zero current switching technique. The second stage is a
phase shifted full bridge DC/DC converter using state-of-
the-art soft switching technology.
The GR 2000 offers output characteristic with power
limit matching a constant power character of modern
telecom loads and thus reducing the required number of
rectifiers.
The primary applications of the rectifier are modular
power systems for telecommunication equipment.
