Troubleshooting Guide
No fluid flow
• Dispensing tip may be clogged.
Replace dispensing tip.
• Reservoir pressure may be too low.
Check pressure setting.
• Material feed fitting may be clogged.
Clean or replace.
• Motor inoperative. Check cable con-
nections and reset motor by turning
power switch off then on.
• Motor wires may be on wrong terminals.
Check to be sure white wire is on I/O
Pin 7 and brown wire is on Pin 8.
Fluid does not shut off
• Reservoir pressure is too high. Check
pressure setting.
• Air is trapped in the fluid path. Remove
dispensing tip and purge the valve of
all air.
Fluid leaks into motor housing
• Replace "U" cup seal.
Inconsistent deposits
• Reservoir pressure may not be set
correctly. Check pressure setting.
• Check for air in the fluid.
• Fluid path may be partially obstructed.
Service fluid body.
