Double-click the appropriate language
folder.
You will see a list of several Minolta-QMS
printer PPDs. Keep this window open;
you will come back to this list in the next
step.

Double-click your Macintosh’s hard
disk icon and locate the directory
in which your printer’s PPD will
be stored:
Hard Disk Name
/Library/Printers/
PPDs/Contents/Resources/
Language Abbreviation
.lproj/

For example, en.lproj would designate English.

Drag the appropriate PPD from the directory in step 4 to the
Language Abbreviation
.lproj directory.
PPD installation is complete.
Macintosh OS X—USB

Plug one end of the USB cable into the PC and the other into the printer’s
USB port.
The operating system displays

and lists

Locate and double-click the Print Center utility to open it.
