Troubleshooting

11 Troubleshooting

11.1 When an error code appears

There are three types of errors; errors that can be cleared by opening/closing the front door, errors that can

be cleared by turning the power off/on, and errors that cannot be cleared. Clear the error by following the on-

screen instructions. If the error cannot be cleared or released, contact your service representative or the

manufacturer with the error code.

Example: Error that can be cleared by turning the power off/on (C-0001)

Reminder

Since the machine may be damaged, contact the service representative or the manufacturer according

to the procedure described below as soon as the call service representative screen appears.

1 Write down the trouble code (for example, C-0001) in the call service representative screen.

2 Use the power switch to turn off the machine.

3 Unplug the machine.

4 Contact the service representative or the manufacturer, and inform them of the trouble code.
