Tray Chaining Tray Chaining If Enable is selected and the specified
paper tray runs out of paper during print-
ing, a paper tray loaded with paper of the
same size is automatically selected so
printing can continue.
If Disable is selected and the specified
paper tray runs out of paper, printing
stops.
Choices: Enable, Disable
Default: Enable
Configuration Menu Equivalent:
PAPER MENU - PAPER
SOURCE - TRAY CHAINING
Tray Mapping Tray Mapping
Mode
If On is selected, Tray Mapping Mode is
enabled. Paper feed from physical tray
allocated in each logical tray.
If Off is selected, Tray Mapping Mode is
disabled.
Choices: On, Off
Default: Off
Configuration Menu Equivalent:
PAPER MENU - PAPER
SOURCE - TRAY MAPPING
Logical Tray
0–9
Specifies which physical tray is allocated
in the logical tray.
Choices: Physical Tray 1, Physical Tray 2,
Physical Tray 3, Physical Tray 4
Default: Physical Tray 1 (Logical Tray 2)
Physical Tray 2 (other)
Configuration Menu Equivalent:
PAPER MENU - PAPER
SOURCE - TRAY MAPPING
Apply button Applies the configuration settings for this
window.
Clear button Resets all configuration settings to previ-
ous values.
Logout button Logs out of Administrator Mode and
returns to User Mode.
