2 If you add a high-capacity input
feeder, remove the tray cover from
the rear of the upper media tray.
 The illustrations in this section
show a 2x500 high-capacity
input feeder, but the same
procedures can be used for a
1x500 high-capacity input
feeder.
3 Then attach the HCIF tray covers by
hooking the tray covers  and  at
the rear of the printer onto the corre-
sponding tabs.
4 Rettach the tray cover onto the upper
media tray.
