Removing the Used OPC Drum Cartridge
1 With the front door open, rotate the
transfer belt unit release lever
clockwise to the top (11 o’clock)
position.
This raises the transfer belt unit.
2 Grasp the release lever for the OPC
drum cartridge, and then pull the
cartridge straight out about 6 inches
(152 mm).
3 Support the bottom of the drum with
your hand, then carefully pull the
cartridge toward you and remove it.
 Dispose of the cartridge
properly according to your
local regulations.
