 Through the printer driver dialog box. This changes printer settings for all
subsequent print jobs until you change the settings again through the
printer driver. Choose Start/Settings/Printers, select the magicolor 2350
icon and then choose the Document Defaults menu.
The tabs in the new Document Default dialog box are described here.
 Refer to the printer driver’s online help for information on all of these
functions.
Page Setup Tab
This tab allows you to:
 Set the media size
 Select the media source
 Set the orientation for a print job
 Set the number of copies
 Select black-and-white or color printing
Advanced Tab
This tab give you an alternate access to all the choices available on the Page
Setup Tab. It also allows you to:
 Select graphic options such as scaling and font substitution
 Select document options such as number of pages per sheet, header and
trailer pages, and automatic tray switching
Features Tab
This tab allows you to:
 Select print resolution
 Configure color controls
 Set PostScript options
 Check a proof before printing multiple copies or set a password to hold a
print job until you are at the printer, if an optional hard disk is installed
 Proof-then-print options are available only if you check the “hold job”
box.
