 In the menu maps below, defaults are bolded.
Proof/Print Menu
The Proof/Print menu allows you to hold print jobs so you can check a single
copy before making multiple copies or so you can keep a documents private
by delaying the print time until you reach the printer and enter a PIN. On a
secure job, you are prompted to enter the PIN right after you enter the job
name and before you select the delete or copies options. JOBTYPE includes
choices such as Private Job, Stored Job, and Proof and Hold.
 The Proof/Print menu appears only when there is a proof and hold job,
a stored job, or a secured job on the optional hard disk. Selecting
0 copies of a proof and hold job deletes the job from the hard disk.
