About the Control Panel
This chapter explains how to control printer features when you are standing at
the printer, by using the printer’s control panel. In addition, many printer
features can be managed using PageScope Light, a web-based utility that is
embedded in your printer. For information on PageScope Light, see the
magicolor 2350 Reference Guide, in PDF format on the Documentation CD-
ROM that came with your printer.
The control panel, located on the top of the printer, allows you to direct the
printer’s operation. In addition, it displays the current status of the printer,
including any condition that needs your attention.
 Two indicators (LEDs) provide printer status information.
 The message window displays status and configuration information.
 The six keys allow you to control the printer configuration.
