Proof-then-Print Printing
The printer’s proof-then-print feature gives you several options for multicopy
or secure print jobs:
 You can print one copy of a multicopy job and check it before printing the
rest of the copies.
 You can print multiple copies of a job and then store the job in the printer
in case further copies are needed.
 You can assign a PIN number to a secure job so that it will not print until
you key in the PIN number at the printer’s control panel.
 You can store a print job on the printer’s hard disk and allow it to be
printed later with or without a PIN number.
 Proof-then-Print features are available only when there is an optional
hard disk installed on the printer.
Refer to the printer driver’s on-line help for more information about using
proof-then-print features.
