2 Pull the right-side door
release , and then open
the right-side door .
3 While pressing down the media guide
with one hand, clean the feed roller
by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth.
 While the door is open, the paper
feed roller inside the right door
can also be cleaned. While press-
ing the paper guide down with one
hand, clean the paper feed roller
by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth.
4 Close the media guide.
5 Close the right cover.
6 Load the media into the tray again.
Duplex Option Feed Rollers
1 Turn off and unplug the printer and disconnect the interface cable.
2 Open the cover of the duplex option.






