Check the message window to see which color (
X
) toner is out. Follow the
steps below.
By carrying out the steps below, the carousel automatically stops at the
position where the empty toner cartridge can be removed.

Open the printer’s front door.

Insert the thumb and index finger of
your hand into the two holes in the
front of the toner cartridge, and then
pull the cartridge straight out about 6"
(152 mm).
Press Key (Until) Message Window Reads
TONER EMPTY
Color
Press
once.
REPLACE TONER
Color
......PLEASE WAIT......
Then, it displays
OPEN DOOR/REPLACE TONER
