4. Open the EdiSmart app and tap the icon
(outlined in red) on the top-right corner of the
screen.
Firmware Upgrade
After selecting the icon, EdiSmart app will identify the current firmware
version of your smart plug and prompt you to upgrade it to the newest
firmware version if available.
Tap “OK” to upgrade your firmware.
After firmware upgrade, please press and hold the Reset Button (for ~10
seconds) on the Smart Plug until the network LED starts flashing quickly in
red and go back to Step 1 to continue setup.
If you have decided to integrate your smart plug to the EdiSmart app,
other apps (e.g. EdiLife) will not be able to control the smart plug.
