IV-5. Mail Alert
SMTP stands for Simple Mail Transfer Protocol. It handles the sending of emails. The
ability to support email services. This allows the user to send outgoing mail and retrieve
incoming mail, respectively.
Security Level
The security level of SNMP including,
- No security: Unsecured SNMP requests
- Authentication: Confirmation of the sender's identity and
of the timeliness of the request, with the content of the
request visible to the network.
- Authentication and privacy: With the content of the
request encrypted.
Server Port
Enter the server port (1-65535)
Timeout
Set default timeout value.
Retry
Set default retry number.
Log Server
Server Address
Enter the server address

Facility
The Facility value is a way of determining which process of
the machine created the message.
Minimum Severity
The system log SNMP severity command sets the minimum
severity level of log events sent as SNMP traps. Log events
of lower severity are not sent.
Password Settings

Configure the password that will be used to restrict access
to the device via the Web UI.

Confirm the password that will be used to restrict access to
