Steek de voedingsadapter in de voedingspoort van het apparaat en steek het andere uiteinde in het stopcontact.
2. Steek de voedingsadapter in de WAN-poort van het apparaat en steek het andere uiteinde in een modem. Controleer of de schermen van de vijf LED's (voeding, internet, 2.4GHz & 5GHz, Wi-Fi en USB) opgelicht zijn. Installatie Gebruik een Wi-Fi apparaat (bv. computer, tablet, smartphone) om te zoeken naar een Wi-Fi netwerk met SSID "Edimaxcv.Setup" en maak hier verbinding mee. Na de set-up heeft u toegang tot de browser-based configuratie-interface om te configureren of de instellingen van uw BR-6478AC V3 te wijzigen. Om toegang te krijgen tot de browser-based configuratie-interface, voer http:// 192.168.2.1 http://edimax.
1. De setup wizard wordt weergegeven zoals hieronder. 2. Klik Volgende om de operation modus van de router te configureren. 3. Klik Volgende om de tijdzone instellingen te configureren.
4. Klik Volgende om de LAN-interface setup te configureren. Deze pagina wordt gebruikt om de parameters voor het lokale netwerk dat verbinding maakt met de LAN-poort van uw access point te configureren. Hier kunt u de instellingen voor het IP-adres, subnet masker, DHCP etc. wijzigigen. 5. Klik Volgende om de WAN-interface setup te configureren. 10. Klik Volgende om de 2,4GHz draadloze beveiliging te configureren. Dit moet tenminste 8 tekens bevatten. Klik daarna op Voltooien. Nadat de eerste setup gereed is, gebruikt u het bovenste menu om te navigeren en klikt u op “Instellingen”om een van de drie modi te selecteren (Wi-Fi Router, Access Point en Wi-Fi bridge) als u wilt veranderen van modus. Voor meer informatie verwijzen we u naar de gebruikershandleiding. iiOS 4 of Android 4 of hoger is vereist voor installatie op een smartphone of tablet.
Problemen oplossen 1. Hoe stelt u TCP/IP protocol in om automatisch een IP-adres te verkrijgen op uw computer? a. Hier wordt een computer als voorbeeld gebruikt die geïnstalleerd is met een vaste netwerkadapter om de stappen te beschrijven in Win 10 en vergelijkbare stappen voor andere systemen. Stap 1. Klik met uw rechteruisknop in de rechter onderhoek van uw bureaublad en kies Netwerk en internetinstellingen openen. Stap 2. KlikNetwerk en Sharing Center. Stap 3. Klik Ethernet en Eigenschappen.
Stap 4. Dubbelklik Internet Protocol Versie 4 (TCP/IPv4). Stap 5. Selecteer Automatisch een IP-adres verkrijgen en automatisch een DNS server adres verkrijgen', klik daarna op OK. Stap 6. U gaat terug naar de Ethernet eigenschappen, klik hier op OK.
2. Ik kan de browser based configuratie-interface niet openen. a. b. c. d. e. f. g. Controleer of de WAN en LAN-poort(en) juist zijn aangesloten. Verzeker u ervan dat uw Ethernetkabel met internetverbinding is aangesloten op de WAN-poort van de router en niet op een LAN-poort. Verzeker u ervan dat uw draadloos apparaat aangesloten is op de LAN-pooort(en) van de router. Controleer of u het juiste IP-adres (192.168.2.1) hebt gebruikt om in te loggen.
