4. I forgot my password.
a. Reset the router to its factory default settings and use the default username
admin and default password 1234. Default settings are displayed on the
product label on the back of the device, as shown above.
5. If An IP address conflict message appears after the computer is
connected to the router, what should I do?
a. Ensure that there is no other DHCP server in your LAN or the other DHCP server
is disabled.
b. Make sure the IP address of your router is not used by another device in your
LAN. The default IP address of the router is 192.168.2.1.
c. Ensure that the static IP address assigned to the computer in your LAN is not
used by other devices.
