Pemecahan Masalah 1. Bagaimana cara menggunakan penyimpanan USB? a. Hubungkan penyimpanan USB Anda ke port USB yang berada di bagian belakang BR-6478AC V2. Secara default USB sharing telah enable sehingga perangkat pada jaringan Anda dapat mengakses penyimpanan USB tersebut menggunakan alat yang telah disiapkan oleh OS Anda (Contoh: Windows File Explorer Network). USB drive harus pre-formatted untuk mendukung file system FAT32 atau NTFS sebelum digunakan dengan port USB. Tidak support menggunakan USB hub.
4. Saya tidak dapat mengakses Internet. a. Pastikan bahwa semua kabel sudah terhubung dengan benar. Cobalah kabel yang lain. b. Periksa jika Anda dapat mengakses konfigurasi menggunakan web browser. Jika tidak, pastikan perangkat Wi-Fi Anda diatur menggunakan alamat IP dinamis. Jika Anda tidak yakin bagaimana melakukan konfigurasi ini, silakan merujuk ke buku panduan pengguna. c. Login ke halaman berbasis konfigurasi antarmuka dan pergi ke Internet > WAN Setup dan periksa jenis sambungan apakah sudah benar.
Router Login Masukkan URL ini di web browser untuk menjalankan iQ Setup atau mengkonfigurasi pengaturan lanjutan. Anda harus terhubung ke perangkat menggunakan Wi-Fi atau kabel Ethernet. Username/Password Ini adalah default username dan password untuk mengakses konfigurasi antarmuka berbasis browser ketika Anda pergi ke URL "Router Login" (di atas).
