I. Productinformatie De Edimax BR-6473AX smart Wi-Fi AP/Router meyt Intel GRX350 (800MHz dual-core) en fast dual band-snelheden tot 574Mbps (2.4 GHz) en 2402Mbps (5 GHz). De BR-6473AX is uitgerust met beamforming en 4x interne antennes en levert snelle en betrouwbare long range Wi-Fi dekking voor in elke hoek van uw huis. Via de eenvoudige en intuïtieve web-gebruikersinterface, kunt u de AP/ router eenvoudig instellen en op afstand bedienen via de browser of telefoon.

III.Hardware-installatie Dit onderdeel begeleidt u door de stappen die nodig zijn om uw BR-6473AX in AP en routermoduste installeren. U kunt de modus veranderen met de selecteerschakelaar op de achterzijde van de BR-6473AX. Beweeg de schakelaar naar links of rechts om de modus te wijzigen (AP, routermodus). NB: Ontkoppel de AC adapter als u van modus verandert.
III-1. AP-stand 1. Beweeg de schakelaar op de BR-6473AX naar AP-modus. 2. Steek de voedingsadapter in de voedingspoort van het apparaat en steek het andere uiteinde in het stopcontact. NB: Controleer of de “POWER” LED Blauw (AP-modus). Zo niet, dan is het apparaat niet correct aangesloten.
3. Sluit uw router met behulp van een Ethernetkabel aan op de “LAN”-poort van de BR-6473AX. NB: Controleer of de “LAN” LED's BLAUW oplichten.
III-2. Router modus 1. Beweeg de schakelaar op de BR-6473AX naar routermodus. 2. Steek de voedingsadapter in de voedingspoort van het apparaat en steek het andere uiteinde in het stopcontact. NB: Controleer of de “POWER” LED Groen oplicht (Routermodus). Zo niet, dan is het apparaat niet correct aangesloten.
3. Sluit uw router met behulp van een Ethernetkabel aan op de “WAN”-poort van de BR-6473AX. NB: Controleer of de “WAN” LED's BLAUW oplichten.
IV. Snelle set-up Dit onderdeel van de snelstartgids helpt u bij het instellen van uw AP/router in de standaard AP-modus en het configureren van de basisinstellingen. Volg a.u.b. de onderstaande instructies: 1. U kunt de standaard gebruikersnaam “admin” en het unieke 8-cijferige wachtwoord “XXXXXXXX” vinden op de sticker op uw AP/router. NB: Als u gebruik maakt van iOS 11 of een latere versie, dan kunt u eenvoudig uw telefoon verbinden met de AP/ router met gebruik van de QR-code op de sticker.
2. Open een webbrowder en voer het standaard IP 192.168.2.1 (in AP-modus). 3. U wordt gevraagd een gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord in te voeren. Voer de gebruikersnaam en het wachtwoord in. Klik op de “Aanmelden” knop. 4. Voor het eerste gebruik, reset uw 2.4G SSID / 5G SSID naam en wachtwoord.
5. Houd gedurende 60 seconden ingedrukt.
V. WPS WPS is een eenvoudige manier om verbinding te maken met apparaten die een WPS functie hebben. U kunt de WPS-knop gebruiken op de webpagina van de BR-6473AX om de WPS-functie van de AP/router te activeren. 1. Houd deze knop gedurende 2 seconden ingedrukt om de WPS-functie te activeren. 2. De WPS-functie is ingeschakeld op uw router als de WPS LED knippert.
VI. Firmware upgrade U kunt de firmware upgraden op de AP/ router met OTA of via een handmatige update. Volg alstublieft de volgende stappen om de firmware te upgraden. 1. Klik op de “Administratie” knop. 2. Klik op “Firmware upgrade".
3. Klik op “Controleer Versie” om te controleren of de huidige firmware bijgewerkt is. Selecteer “Lokaal bestand”om het firmware-bestand te uploaden naar de AP/ router. Selecteer Online Upgrade om de firmware te upgraden via OTA. 4. Klik op de “Upgrade”en op “OK”knop en start om het upgraden van firmware te starten.
VII. Resetten Als u problemen ondervindt met uw AP/ router, dan kunt u het apparaat terugzetten naar de standaard fabrieksinstellingen. Er zijn 2 manieren om het apparaat te resetten. Hardware reset: 1. Druk op de resetknop op de AP/ router en houd deze ten minste gedurende 5 seconden ingedrukt, laat daarna de knop los. Wacht enkele minuten zodat het apparaat opnieuw kan opstarten. Als het apparaat opnieuw opgestart is, zijn alle instellingen teruggezet. 2. Wacht tot de AP/ router opnieuw is opgestart.
Wepagina interface: Volg a.u.b. onderstaande stappen om uw apparaat via de webpagina te resetten. 1. Klik op de “Administratie” knop. 2. Klik op de “Backuppen en herstellen” knop.
3. Klik op de “Reset” en “OK” knop om de AP/ router terug te zetten naar de fabrieksinstellingen.
