Wanneer het pelletreservoir volledig is leeg geraakt, dient u de wormschroef te vullen: druk hiertoe tegelijkertijd op de knoppen On/Off en MENU. Deze operatie moet worden uitgevoerd vóór het aansteken, indien de kachel is uitgedoofd door een gebrek aan pellets. Het is normaal dat een bepaalde hoeveelheid pellets, die de schroef niet kan aanzuigen, in het reservoir blijft liggen.
