Minipack AS8000 Open Modular Platform
The Edgecore Minipack AS8000 open modular platform meets the high performance and high capacity 100G
networking requirements for high-radix 100G and 100G data center architectures, next generation leaf/spine
fabrics in CORD deployments, Ethernet services aggregation, internet exchanges and service provider central
offices. The Minipack AS8000 provides full line-rate switching at Layer 2 and Layer 3 across 100 GbE ports. The
open modular platform, lowers equipment cost and power consumption, simplifies cabling, and supports
independent NOS and SDN soſtware.
