10Gigabit Ethernet connectivity, XENPACK-based
This module provides an outstanding performance 10 Gigabit Ethernet connection. EM4625-XG-XENPAK is a standard-
based method of 10 Gigabit Ethernet for connecting at performance 10 times of that Gigabit Ethernet, at 10 Gigabits per
second, while keeping critical Ethernet properties such as pack format. This module requires a XENPAK-style
transceiver, sold separately, to provide the physical media connection.

Performance and Scalability
10-Gigabit Ethernet is the perfect aggregation technology
when deploying gigabit to the desktop or for
interconnecting
core and distr
ibution switches. Use EM4625-GX-XENPAK to
connect up to four 10 Gigabit links aggregated together across
a resilient stack to provide up to 80Gbps connections to the
core of the network, while providing high performance
resiliency preventing a single point of failure in the network
infrastructure.
