IGMP Snooping

ip igmp snooping
router-port-
expire-time
This command configures the querier timeout. Use the no form to restore the
default.
Syntax
ip igmp snooping router-port-expire-time seconds
no ip igmp snooping router-port-expire-time
seconds - The time the switch waits after the previous querier stops before
it considers it to have expired. (Range: 1-65535; Recommended Range: 300-
500)
Default Setting
300 seconds

Example
The following shows how to configure the timeout to 400 seconds:
Console(config)#ip igmp snooping router-port-expire-time 400

ip igmp report-limit This command sets the maximum rate at which IGMP membership reports can be
sent from an interface. Use the no form to restore the default setting.
ip igmp report-limit rate rate interface
no ip igmp report-limit [interface]
rate - The rate at which IGMP membership reports can be sent from an
interface. (Range: 5-255 pps)

ethernet unit/port
unit - Unit identifier. (Range: 1)
port - Port number. (Range: 1-12)
port-channel channel-id (Range: 1-12)

255 pps
