ARP CONFIGURATION This section describes commands used to configure the Address Resolution
Protocol (ARP) on the switch.
arp This command adds a static entry in the Address Resolution Protocol (ARP)
cache. Use the no form to remove an entry from the cache.
SYNTAX
arp ip-address hardware-address
no arp ip-address
ip-address - IP address to map to a specified hardware address.
hardware-address - Hardware address to map to a specified IP
address. (The format for this address is xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx.)
