Example
This example sets a interval of 15 minutes for sampling standard statistical values
on port 1.

media-type This command forces the transceiver mode to use for SFP+ ports. Use the
no form to restore the default mode.
Syntax
media-type {copper-forced | sfp-forced [mode] | sfp-preferred-auto}

- Always uses the built-in RJ-45 port.
sfp-forced - Forces transceiver mode for the SFP/SFP+ port.
sfp-preferred-auto

- Uses SFP port if both combination types are
functioning and the SFP port has a valid link.

1000sfp - Always uses 1000BASE SFP mode.

- Always uses 100BASE-FX mode.
10gsfp - Always uses 10GBASE SFP mode.

ECS4100-12T: Ports 9-12 (1000BASE SFP) support 1000sfp, 100fx
ECS4100-28T: Ports 25-28 (1000BASE SFP) support 1000sfp, 100fx
ECS4100-52T: Ports 49-52 (1000BASE SFP) support 1000sfp, 100fx
