This trap will only be sent when the

swIpFilterRejectTrap 1.3.6.1.4.1.259.10.1.44.101.2.1.0.40 This trap is sent when an incorrect IP address is
rejected by the IP Filter.
swSmtpConnFailureTrap 1.3.6.1.4.1.259.10.1.44.101.2.1.0.41 This trap is triggered if the SMTP system cannot
open a connection to the mail server successfully.
