Port configuration mode
Enters the port configuration mode and sets the port protection function.
Set the loop guard on GigabitEthernet0/1:
ECS2020-10P(config-if-GigabitEthernet0/1)# spanning-tree guard loop
spanning-tree link-type
Sets the link type of the port. By default, the switch automatically selects the link type based on the
duplex mode of the port, the full duplex port is point-to-point, and the half duplex port is shared.
spanning-tree link-type [point-to-point|shared]
The switch automatically selects the link type, the full duplex port is point-to-point, and the
half duplex port is shared.
Port configuration mode
Enter the port configuration mode and sets the spanning-tree link-type.
Set the link type of GigabitEthernet0/1 as shared:
ECS2020-10P(config-if-GigabitEthernet0/1)# spanning-tree link-type shared
