Web Interface
To generate the SSH host key pair:
1.
Click Security, SSH.
2.
Select Configure Host Key from the Step list.
3.
Select Generate from the Action list.
4.
Select the host-key type from the drop-down box.
5.
Click Apply.

Use the Security > SSH (Configure Host Key - Show) page to show the host public
key used to provide secure communications between an SSH client and the switch.
Parameters
These parameters are displayed:
Public-Key of Host-Key
– The host public key generated by the switch.
Clear
– Clears the RSA or DSA public keys when the check box is selected.
Save
– Saves the host key from RAM (i.e., volatile memory) to flash memory.
Otherwise, the host key pair is stored to RAM by default.
To display or clear the SSH host key pair:
1.
Click Security, SSH.
2.
Select Configure Host Key from the Step list.
3.
Select Show from the Action list.
4.
Select the option to save the host key from memory to flash by clicking Save, or
select the host-key type to clear and click Clear.
