1. Functioning Temperature: 41°F ≤ Ambient Temperature ≤ 95°F
When the ambient temp is lower or higher than the functioning temp, the dehumidifier stops functioning.
When 41°F ≤ Ambient temperature ≤ 61°F, the compressor automatically defrosts at intervals; during defrosting, the compressor stops and the fan keeps running.
2. Before Calling for Service
Before contacting the customer service, please review the following troubleshooting list that includes common problems that are not the result of a defect in workmanship or materials.

Unit is not plugged in.
Room temperature is under 41°F or above 95°F.
If the temperature sensor is loose or defective; the screen will show E6 .
Plug in the unit.
To protect the machine, use it only when ambient temperature is between 41°F and 95°F.
Check the sensor connection. Use a blower to dry the humidity sensor behind the front
shell. If the machine still does not run, contact your retailer to replace the sensor.

WARNING:
If the Water Full indicator is always on, there may be a malfunction in the machine. Please seek technical support from professionals.
If anything unexpected happens, please turn off and unplug the machine immediately, and seek technical support from certified electrical engineers.
The humidity sensor is loose or defective; the screen will show E5 .
When the humidity set point is 2% higher than the ambient humidity level.
Filter jammed.
Air-in and/or Air-out louvers jammed.
Reduced dehumidifying
capacity
Clean the filter as instructed.
Clear the blockage from Air-in and/or Air-out louvers.
Loud noise
Filter or air-in louver jammed. Clean the filter as instructed or clean the louver blockage.
Machine tilted.
Filter jammed.
Move it to a flat ground.

Humidity sensor problem
When the ambient temperature drops below 41°F, this error code will appear, and the compressor and fan will shut down.
When the ambient temperature is above 95°F, this error code will appear, and the compressor and fan will shut down.
When the ambient humidity drops below 20%, this error code will appear, and the compressor and fan will shut down.
When the ambient humidity is above 95%, this error code will appear, but the compressor and fan will keep operating.
Water is full or the pump is malfunctioning.
Drain out water or contact customer service for repairment.
Reset the humidity to a lower set point, or power the machine off if the ambient humidity
level already satisfies you.
