To Stop Cutting:
•MoveSpeedControllevertotheNEUTRALposition.
•TurnDepthControlHandwheelclockwiseuntilbladeisclearofslab.
•PushClutchLeverforward,awayfromoperatortotheFREEWHEELposition; this will stop all forward motion.

•ReturnThrottletoidle.
•FlipBladeSaverswitchbacktoDRY.
•TurnoffoptionalWaterPumpthenturnoffwatersupplyvalve.
To Stop the Engine:
•Inanemergencysituation,PUSHDOWNtheE-Stop.
•Fornormalshutoff,returnIgnitiontoOFFpositionandremovethekey.
NOTE:UsingtheE-StopasanON/OFFswitchinsteadofshuttingofftheignitionwilldrainthebattery.
Coolant Requirements:
•Watermust be used when operating with blades marked for WETCUTTING.Asupplyof21/2-5gallonsper
minute(GPM)isnecessary.AttachwaterhosetoCoolantValveorPump.Adjustvalvestocontroltheowofwater.
Optional Electric Water Pump Operation:
•OnallmodelsbesurethereiswaterinthesystemANDwaterisbeingsuppliedtothemachine.
•Attachthewaterhosetothevalve.
•Starttheengineaccordingtothedirectionsonpage6.
•OpenwatervalvethenturntheBladeSavertoWET.(ReviewFigures3&4)
•Tostopwaterow,turntheBladeSaverbacktoDRYandthenclosethewatervalve.
Transporting the Saw:
Extreme care must be taken when loading or
unloading this machine.
• Ifhoistingthismachineisnecessary,usethebuiltinliftingbail.
(Figure 9) Use proper hoisting equipment and techniques.
• Removethebladebeforetransportingorhoisting.Seriouspersonal
injury or damage to the equipment can result. Be sure the lifting
equipment is capable of handling the weight of the machine. If unsure
check with your supervisor. (Practice SAFETY)
• Donottransportthesawwiththeenginerunning.
• Becertaintheareasurroundingthemachineisclearofpersonnel
before hoisting.
