Step1. InsƚĂůůĂƟŽŶ Žf the CPU and CPU CŽŽůer:
Hardware /ŶƐƚĂůůĂƟŽŶ Guide
/ŶƐƚĂůůĂƟŽŶ Steps
1-1. Pull up the lever away from the
socket.
Step2. /ŶƐƚĂůůĂƟŽŶ ŽĨ DĞŵŽƌLJ DŽĚƵůĞƐ͗
2-1. Unfasten the latches on each side
of the DIMM slots.
Step3. /ŶƐƚĂůůĂƟŽŶ Žf DŽƚŚerďŽĂrd:
3-1. Replace the back I/O plate of the
case with the I/O shield provided in
motherboard’s package.
1-2. Align the CPU cut edge with the
indented edge of the CPU socket. Gently
place the CPU into correct posiƟon.
Apply an even layer of thermal grease
on the surface of CPU.
1-3. Rotate and press down the
fastener of CPU fan to the motherboard
through holes to install CPU fan into
place.
1-4. Connect the CPU cooler power
connector to the CPU_FAN connector.
2-2. Firmly press the DIMM down unƟlit
seats correctly. Make sure the slot
latches are levered upwards and latch
on the edge of the DIMM.
3-2. Place the motherboard within the
case by ƉŽƐŝƟŽŶŝŶŐ it into the I/O plate.
Secure the motherboard to the case
with screws.
